You can cancel the product before it leaves the store. Please contact "estrove77@gmail.com" .
Cancellation is not possible after the product has left the store.

● If there's nothing wrong with the product
All new products in their original state with the product tag and original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
However, the round-trip shipping fee is excluded from the refund amount.

● If the product is damaged or there is a problem
If you send us data that can prove the situation, such as videos or photos, within 30 days, we can process a full refund including the shipping cost.

If you didn't get an email confirmation, first, make sure which email address (if you have multiple) you used to make your purchase. 

After you double checked your email, did you check your spam folder? If not, give that a look see and then make sure you whitelist our domain/email.

We can't control your email provider, so sometimes your email won't be delivered. In this case, please contact us and we'll be happy to resend it.

Your order will arrive at your house. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries, though this is rare. 

Yes, you can change your shipping address until the day you leave the store ready for delivery. All you have to do is send an email to "estrove77@gmail.com" .

Changing the address after the shipment has departed may incur additional shipping charges depending on the situation, and you may have to ask the delivery company directly.  

If you can calculate the cost of tariffs and taxes in advance, they are displayed on our shopping cart and taxed on your shopping cart sum.

In some countries, the law requires the consignee (recipient) to pay tariffs and taxes.  

We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize ES TROVE ability to continue exporting products.  

Yes, all the products we sell are official products. If a non-official product arrives, we will give you a 100% refund.
